what is cbts ? cbts was created with an ambition of providing dedicated services and solutions for the broadcast industry. we are the pioneers in pakistan for the fabrication of motorized satellite dish mounts and can proudly claim to have an almost 65% share in dsng/ob fabrication segment of the pakistani market. an overview to our glorious past and launching of cbts: invent : amir wood and iron works was established in 1954. the company was founded with the objective of catering to the increasing engineering demands of the country at that time. in the recent past our workshop had been manufacturing textile power looms, paper cutting machines and printing presses. evolve : with the arrival of automobile assemblers in pakistan, our company focused on the manufacturing of auto parts seeing a potential in the auto market. presently our major activities are : manufacturing of sheet metals. fabricated pipe parts for automobile industry. our workshop is fully equipped with cnc pipe bending and milling machines, radial drills, heavy duty power and hydraulic presses, shapers, lathes, auto lathes, grinding machines, spot welding machines and co2 welding plants to meet all engineering and fabricating requirements. extend : in 2007 with the rapid growth of media industry in pakistan, we ventured in making of motorized satellite dish mounts for dsng vans. in the short time that we have been in this industry, our product and the constant innovation and r&d done at our end has earned us the reputation of being market leaders in the industry. finally 2011 saw the launch of cbts (company by the sea).
